Functional Fitness programming with 4 separate tracks to choose from based on goals, skill level, and available equipment.
From the full-time working parent to the special force’s operator. Functional fitness programming is applicable to anyone seeking performance in a first responder/military career, to an individual or gym looking for premier competition-level functional fitness programming, to the person looking for a lifetime of health and longevity. We also accomodate to the beginner. The beauty of out programming is that it is programmed for the best and scaled for the rest.
Everything programmed can be scaleable to your individual level of fitness. We recommend substituting to movements and scaling the reps per our guidance on each conditioner so that you will be able to complete all reps and maintain intensity. There will be days when we want you to get all the volume in. there will be days when we want you to keep intensity high and stop at the time cap for the workout. So, we recommend taking the time to read the days instructions because there is a science and a purpose behind every day of training.
It is entirely up to you whether you jump right in to the programming or you go back to ‘Day 1-1’ of the cycle.
We can not stress enough having an aerobic base prior to starting any program. The ‘legs feed the wolf and the core kills.’ So, in order to train the core optimally, we need to be able to move and recover over various distances and time domains. We offer four programs.
HTL Gibborim is specifically for first responders and military members who need to train a job specific stimulus but do not want to put extra stress on their bodies in high skill movements or have the time to train up new skills
HTL FIT is for the functional fitness/CrossFit individual or the affiliate looking for top-of-the-line programming, where all of the movements will be integrated into the programming.
HTL MINIMALIST is for those who are beginning their life of fitness and require an approach to build a foundation before following the GIBBORIM or the FIT track. We understand jobs require people to travel and don’t always have access to fully outfitted functional fitness gyms, so this track can be applied to anyone almost anywhere, from the hotel gym to your standard fitness center. We also know some people train at a home gym, so this track includes what most people would have in their home gym.
HTL-BODYWEIGHT
No equipment required. For beginners and experienced athletes.
We want to provide options, so you can play around and experiment with all three tracks to see which one you like best.

Consult a healthcare practitioner and listen to your body. A purpose of our programming is longevity, so take care not to ‘push through’ unnecessarily. We have a Doctor of Physical Therapy on staff with PT videos uploaded into our video library. If your specific injury is not already on there, reach out to us.
