This program is not new, but it is incomparable in the sense that what is prescribed within adheres to universally proven methodology that has been refined by the guys who live and breathe functional fitness. The programming herein originates from decades of disciplined training, study, experimentation, and combined experience in the military, division one athletics, the paramedic field, and CrossFit. The goal is to achieve a state of fitness that enhances one’s ability to be a professional at their craft, from the full-time working parent to a special force’s operator. We have the vision of longevity embedded into every day of training. We are in the business of fostering a culture of individuals at the highest levels of their profession who are disciplined in their training. Being a professional requires cultivating a work capacity that is unfailing over indeterminate time domains, loads, and intensities.
