We understand that most people don’t have access to a completely outfitted functional fitness facility, first responders are limited at the station when on duty, and military members are constantly traveling. So, we offer a track that takes into account this reality and provides the subscriber with something that mitigates the stress of trying to figure out what to do at the station, what to do at a hotel on the road, or the common fitness gym. The movement patterns, intensities, and volumes will be very similar to the other two tracks, but the equipment required will be more manageable. Additionally, the prescribed movements themselves will be more bearable to those new to this type of methodology. So, this track is perfect for someone just beginning their fitness journey and looking for the most potent, adaptable programming possible.

-Dumbbells
-Pull-Up Bar
-At least one cardio machine (sometimes we program two in a conditioner, however you always have the option to sub for running if you don't have one)
-Jump Rope
-Medicine Ball
-Assortment of Resistance Bands (Optional but highly recommended)
